Mary was shown in both of her parent's Wills as a minor living at home. In the Wills she was the child listed between Philip who was born in 1775, and the last child Peter. Speculation places her birth year as circa 1777 or 1778. She could not have been born before 1777 or she would not have been shown as a minor in her mother's Will dated in April 1794.
No gravestone nor marriage record has been found for Mary. It must be that she did marry . But who? She is the only child of Johann Michael and Christina (Dierdorff) Bassermann that we have yet to indentify in our records!
