Daniel Deeter died Saturday night at his home near Pleasant Hill, after a two weeks' illness of grip and heart trouble. Had he lived until July he would have been 91 years of age. Mrs. Deeter died in January. He had lived in Miami county most of his life, coming here when a young man and engaging in shoe business, later becoming a farmer. This he abandoned several years ago. Three children, Mrs. Aaron Welbaum and Joseph Deeter of near Pleasant Hill and Aaron Deeter of near Covington survive, also a number of grandchildren, among them being Mesdames George Enyeart, and Cassie Moore, Miss Elizabeth Williams and Mrs. Will Favorite of Troy.
