Rev. D. T. Pomeroy conducted services at 2 p. m. Tuesday in the Finfrock Funeral home, Piqua, for Charles C. Stillwell, 67, R. R. 2, Piqua, who died Saturday evening in the Piqua Memorial hospital. He had been admitted to the hospital at 1:50 p. m. after suffering a heart attack. The interment was in Forest Hill cemetery.
A resident of Piqua for 52 years, he was a foreman of the assembly department of the French Oil Mill Machinery company, for whom he spent six months in China in 1920, superintending erection of machinery. He was a veteran of the Spanish-American war and prominent in Masonry and was a member of the Piqua Baptist church.
Survivors are his wife, Joan; two sons, William D., R. R. 2, Piqua, and M. John Stillwell of Springfield; three grandchildren.
