Mrs.
Irene Angle Succumbs Sunday
Mrs.
Irene Angle, aged seventy-one years, of Logansport, Ind., passed away about 3:30
o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of her sister, Mrs. Emmanuel Mohler on the
Germany Road.
Mrs.
Angle and her daughter, Miss Mary Angle were spending the winter with relatives.
She suffered a stroke of paralysis about two weeks ago.
Besides
her daughter Miss Mary and her sister, Mrs. Mohler, she is survived by seven
sons, Charles and W. T. of near Covington, Irvin of Flora, Ind., Homer and
Harold of Logansport, Ind., S. H. Angle of Pheonix, Ariz., and Clinton of Santa
Anna, Calif., four brothers, Peter D. Bowman, C. C. Bowman and S. H. Bowman and
three other sisters, Mary Anne Peters of Virginia, Martha P. Barnhart of Ohio
and Leanna Peters of Calif. Thirty-one
grand children and fifteen great grandchildren also survive besides many
friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 10:00 o'clock at the German Baptist Church on the Germany Road, following which the remains will be taken to the Angle home in Logansport, Ind. Arrangements for funeral services there are incomplete awaiting word from S. H. Angle, of Calif. Burial will take place at Logansport in charge of E. E. Geeting.
