Mrs. Boda Evans Dawson, 30, wife of David D Dawson, the nurse and technician in the offices of Drs. Hetherington and Wellmeier, of Piqua, died Thursday afternoon at three o'clock at the Memorial Hospital, Piqua, where she had submitted to emergency surgery Monday night. The deceased was born on June 29, 1904 in Louisville, Ky. She was a graduate nurse from General Hospital, Cincinnati, and in January of 1929 accepted the position with the physicians in Piqua where she was employed at the time of her passing. Surviving with her husband is her father, Wm P Evans, of Shelby County, two brothers, Ralph Evans, Shelby county, Henry Evans, of Champaign Co., four sisters, Mrs. Anna Denman, Mrs. Dora Brautigan, Shelby Co, Mrs. Oscar Shadonn of Miami co, Mrs. Ina Idle, Montgomery Co. Her mother died in 1933. Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon at two thirty o'clock from the Baptist church in Fletcher and burial in the Fletcher cemetery.
