Piqua friends of Mrs. Harriet Branson Hildebrand will be greatly saddened to learn of her death, which occurred last night at ten o'clock, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Boyle, of Dayton. She had been in failing health for a number of weeks. Harriet Branson Hildebrand was born in Miami County 84 years ago, the daughter of D C and Charlotte Branson. She was married to R F W Hildebrand, who preceded her in death last January. Until the time of her husband's death Mr. and Mrs. Hildebrand had lived at their home in Shelby county since March, 1876. Surviving her are six children: one daughter, Mrs. R E Babylon, and one son, Earl C Hildebrand, of Piqua; Mrs. Frank Boyle, Dayton, Mrs. H I Staley of Quincy, O, Mrs. Harley Hildebrand of Dawson, O, and H C. Hildebrand of Hardin, O. Her oldest daughter, Mrs. E C Polk, died five years ago. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Mrs. R W Hildebrand, aged Shelby county, resident, died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Boyles, 403 Deeds avenue in Dayton where she had gone to visit. The remains were brought here and funeral rites will probably be held Sunday afternoon and will be from the Oran Christian Church. Burial in Houston cemetery. The deceased had spent almost her entire life in the Oran community, where she and her family were well known. Her husband preceded her in death by eight months, his death occurring last January. Surviving are the following children, Mrs. Boyles, at whose home she died, Mrs. Harvey Staley, of Quincy, Mrs. Babylon, of Piqua, Clinton, of Turtle Creek, twp, Earl of Piqua, and Harvey of Dawson. One daughter Mrs. E C Pope and her husband have preceded her.
