David Stoltz Dies Early this Morning
At West Milton Prominent Resident Of West Milton Suffers Attack of Acute
Indigestion Ending in Death. Was Serving As County Commissioner.
David Stoltz, 70, passed away this morning at 5:00 o'clock at his home in West Milton. Death followed an acute attack of indigestion with which he had suffered since Thursday evening. Mr. Stoltz was serving Miami County as commissioner at the time of his death, it being his first term. He has resided in Union Township practically all his life and has operated a grocery in West Milton for over twenty-five years. He was a member of the Friends Church of that city and was affiliated with the Odd Fellows lodge, and all civic organizations there. He took active part in the affairs of the community. Surviving besides his widow are two sons, Morse at home and Bernard who also resides in West Milton, two grandchildren, and a sister in Muncie, Ind. Funeral arraignments have not been completed.
