Georgia Ann, one of a family of three sons and three daughters born in Darke County, Ohio, on October 23, 1884, and departed this life on March 8th, 1935 at the age of 50 years, 4 months and 13 days. On August 13, 1904, she was united in marriage to Virgil Westfall , and to this union two daughters were given. Mrs. Marvel Muhellhouser, of Tuscon, Arizona, and Mrs. Raymond Stoner of Versailles. On April 6, 1926 she was united in marriage to Edward Houdeshell of Bradford and the companionship has been a very happy one. About four years ago she was united with the M. E. Church and has since that time served her Master faithfully and loyally, exemplifying Him in going about doing good. Her Christian faith and fortitude in her recent suffering have been to His glory and have impressed her friends that she knew her Lord and loved Him. Eight weeks ago she took her bed with an incurable disease. She faced the knowledge of this fact without fear and expressed herself ready to go. She received the anointing service and the communion service and was resigned to await her summons home. She chose for text of her funeral sermon the words of the Master in Matt. 24:44 "Therefore be ye also ready." She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Marvel Muhellhouser and Mildred Stoner, two brothers, Oscar Thompson, of Lewistown, and Walter of Covington; two sisters Mrs. O. E. Reck of Arcanum, and Mrs. Harry Driver of Bradford; and two granddaughters, Lucy Ann and Shirley Mae Stoner, of Versailles. and a number of other relatives and a host of friends.
