Harley Spitler
Rites Held
Funeral services for Harley Spitler who passed away very suddenly Thursday noon at his home on W. Broadway were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Stocker and Porter funeral parlors in Bradford. Rev. H. C. Colliflower, pastor of the Bradford Methodist Church officiated.
Mr. Spitler had been in failing health for several years although his death due to a heart attack came unexpectedly. He was 56 years of age.
Mr. Spitler owned and operated a gravel plant near his home. He lived alone, his wife having preceded him in death. He was a member of the East Gate Masonic Lodge of Columbus.
Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Spitler of Bradford; one sister Mrs. William Stock of Modoc, Indiana, one brother, Blaine Spitler of Tippecanoe City.
Interment was made in the Harris Creek Cemetery.
