A wide circle of friends are made sad over his sudden and unexpected death. He was dedicated to God by the rite of Holy Baptism in infancy. While it was known that he had trouble with his heart, it was not known to be of such a serious nature. He seemed to be as well as usual on Sunday visiting in Springfield and other places. He had celebrated his thirty-third birthday on Saturday. For several years he had been a faithful worker at the Val Decker Packing company. It is thought that he was arising preparatory for his day's work when death came. Albert Brinkman was a good industrious young man. He was always thoughtful for his parents and loved ones. He was of a kind disposition and a jovial companion to many. His sudden and unexpected death brings deep sorrow to his loved ones. May they be comforted by a merciful God, to whom they are commended.
