William H. Gale
William H. Gale, 67, native Trojan and former city patrolman, was found dead in his bed about 5 o'clock Wednesday morning at the residence of Mrs. Mattie Houser at 212 East Main street, Piqua, were he roomed. Coroner H. O. Brower was called and pronounced death due to valvular heart trouble. Mr. Gale had been suffering from heart trouble recently and on Tuesday afternoon had received treatment from a physician. He was born in Troy on March 24, 1861 and spent the greater part of his life in this city. For a number of years he served as a city patrolman. For the last 11 years he has resided in Piqua and was employed with the Cron-Kills company. The decedent is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Laura Hinkson of Cynthiana, Ky., and Mrs. Courtney Worneky of near Ebenezer. The funeral arrangements have not been completed as yet.
