Mrs. Cecelia Epifano
Mildred Cecelia, fifth child born to the union of Estella and John Long,
was
born July 24, 1897 in Pleasant Hill, Ohio and passed away Feb. 12 at the
age
of 30 years, 6 months and 18 days. On August 24, 1924 she was united in marriage to Mr. P. Epifano.
Since then they have made their home at Stubenville, Ohio. Her father John E. Long preceded her in death in the year 1914. She
leaves to mourn her departure, the husband Mr. Epifano, her mother, Estella
Long, Kalamazoo, Mich., three sisters, Mrs. Esther Leaman and Mrs. Fannie
Kiser, both of Fletcher, Ohio and Mrs. Lillian Tamplin of Kalamazoo, Mich. and
three brothers, Robert of Fletcher, Albert and James of Dayton, Ohio. Her pleasing personality and winning smile had won her many friends.
And we,
the brothers and sisters, shall cherish the memory of her sunny disposition.
Cecilia was a kind and sympathetic girl, always considerate of others. Because of ill health the mother and sister of Michigan were not
permitted to
be with us today. Mrs. Epifano passed away Sunday at her home in Steubensville, Ohio
and the
body was brought to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Stout in Pleasant Hill
Wednesday afternoon. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at the home by
H. C.
Marlin. Interment was made in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in charge of Stuber
and Son funeral directors of Fletcher, Ohio.
