Charles Edward Dickerson
Charles Edward Dickerson, son of Andrew and Anna Dickerson was born near Piqua, Feb. 13, 1896 and died Sept. 5, 1931, aged 35 years, 6 months, and 25 days.
He lived most of his life in the vicinity of Covington, Ohio. As an occupation he followed farming. About twelve years ago he joined the Methodist Episcopal Church and has continued as a member of that church through the years. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Andrew Wise of Covington, O., one brother Andrew Dickerson of Troy, Ohio, the following half brothers Ferman Wise, Covington, O., Ernest Wise, Rancine, Wis., Alva Wise, Los Angeles, Cal., George Wise, Rancine, Wis., James Wise, Rancine, Wis., Joseph Wise, Covington, O., one step brother, Wm. Wise, Piqua, O., and a step sister Mrs. Melissa Stover, Piqua, O. Charles was always a home boy and devoted to his mother and all members of the family. By his kindly attitude he had endeared himself to his relatives and a large circle of neighbors and friends. His sudden passing came as a shock to his loved ones and the community of whose life he was a part. Friends and neighbors join in their sympathy for the sorrowing mother and other surviving relatives.
