FUNERAL IS ARRANGED FOR BROTHER OF TROJAN
Funeral services for Frank Branson, brother of Mrs. H. E. Hartzell of Troy, were held at 2:30 pm Monday from the Hardin Methodist church west of Sidney. Mr. Branson, 76, a farmer lining west of Sidney, died at his home Friday noon after a week's illness due to pneumonia. His widow is also recovering from the disease at their home. Mr. Branson was a member of the First Presbyterian church of Sidney. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ellen Branson, a daughter, Mrs. Vernon Jones of Piqua, a brother, John Branson of near Covington and three sisters, Mrs. Hartzell, Mrs. F. L. McMaken of Piqua and Mrs. C. E. Johnston of San Antonio.

PNEUMONIA CAUSES DEATH OF FARMER
FRANK BRANSON,
RESIDING WEST OF SIDNEY SUCCUMBS AFTER WEEK'S ILLNESS
Frank Branson, farmer, living west of Sidney and well known in that vicinity, died at his home Friday noon, from the effects of pneumonia, after an illness of a week. He was seventy-six years old at the time of his death. The son of D C and Charlotte Branson, he was born north of Covington, January 21, 1860. In 1881 he was married to Ellen Routson, who survives him, and who, herself, is recovering from the effects of pneumonia at present. He was affiliated with the First Presbyterian church of Sidney. Surviving in addition to the widow are one daughter, Mrs. Vernon Jones, of Piqua; one brother, John Branson, north of Covington; the following sisters, Mrs. F. L. McMaken, Piqua; Mrs. C E Johnston, San Antonio, Texas; and Mrs. H. E. Hartzell, Troy. Rites have been arranged for Monday at 2:30pm at the Hardin Methodist church, west of Sidney, with burial in the Hardin cemetery.
