Mrs. W. S. Swigart
Mrs. Mary L. Swigart, wife of the late W. S. Swigart of Troy, and a long-time Beavercreek resident, died Sunday at 9am in Stouder Memorial Hospital, Troy, on her 88th birthday. Mrs. Swigart had been a patient there since suffering a broken hip April 9. Her husband died Oct 24, 1949, and three children, Charles, Sylvia and Josephine Swigart also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Byron Evangelical and Reformed Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Taylor at home, Mrs. Ethel Morgan of Yellow Springs, and Mrs. Mary King of Rossburg, O; four sons, Ralph of Yellow Springs, I. B. of Clifton, and George and Howard of near Troy; two brothers, George and Elmer Hollopeter of Covington Ohio; 29 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 2pm at the Irvin- Deeter Funeral Home, Troy, where friends may call tonight from 7- 9pm. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.

Mother Dies
Mrs. W. S. Swigart, mother of Mrs. John Morgan, 1221 Xenia Ave, died recently at Stouder Memorial Hospital, Troy, on her 88th birthday. Mrs. Swigart, a longtime Beavercreek resident, had been a patient at the Troy hospital since suffering a broken hip April 9.
