FUNERAL RITES FOR MRS. LYDIA STRONG

Mrs. Lydia Strong , whose death occurred Friday evening in the home of her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gates were conducted a 2 p.m., Monday in the Irvin Funeral Home. Rev. Robert D. Annand, minister of the First Methodist Church officiated reading the hymns " Under His Wings" and "Goodnight and Good Morning" during the service. Pallbearers were four sons-in-laws Mr. Gates, Mr. Lester Townsend, Thoral Grapner of Troy and Cloyd Elleman of Casstown and two grandsons Robert Townsend of Troy and William Elleman of Casstown. Friends were present form Lima, Ft. Loramie and Pleasant Hill. The burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
