OTTO SCHMERMUND
Services for Otto Schmermund, 74, Dayton, whose
death occurred Thursday afternoon in St. Elizabeth hospital was conducted at 2
p.m. Saturday in the Marker Funeral home, Dayton, with burial in Potsdam
cemetery. A retired carpenter he had been a resident of Dayton 40 years
and was formerly employed by the Requarth Lumber Co. He was a member of
the carpenters' union and First Baptist church, Dayton.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Emma Long of Laura
and Mrs. Harvey Walker of Dayton; two brothers, John of West Milton and Fred
of Potsdam.
