Suber, Watson
The death of Watson Suber of Fletcher occurred on Thursday evening at 7:15
o'clock, at the hotel of which he was proprietor, after an illness of heart
trouble. He had been ill since January, and had been confined to his bed
for the past seven weeks. Mr. Suber was well known all over the county.
He was born in Brown township on a farm October 7th, 1841. He removed to
Fletcher in 1882. He is survived by his wife and two children, Mrs. A.
J. Carter and Edward Suber of Dayton, and two granddaughters. The
deceased conducted a hotel and livery barn in Fletcher. The funeral
services were held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at the hotel, conducted by Rev.
Tedford, pastor of the Presbyterian church. The interment was in the
Fletcher cemetery.
