BOLLINGER, CLYDE L.:  (St. Paris) Clyde L. BOLLINGER, 71, of St. Paris route one, died at 5:40 p.m. Sunday in Stouder Memorial Hospital, Troy, where he was admitted Sunday morning.  He had been in failing health two years.

 

He was born Aug. 19, 1894 , in Champaign County , the son of Ben and Melissa BURNSIDE BOLLINGER.

 

A retired farmer, BOLLINGER was a member of the Lena Baptist Church .

 

Survivors include his widow, Verna WARD, whom he married Dec. 16, 1916 ; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mabel) RAYBURN of Conover route one; two grandsons, Dean and Darrell RAYBURN of Conover; two great-grandchildren.  Two brothers, Harry and George BOLLINGER, preceded him in death.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 9) in the Richeson-Wickham Funeral Home, St. Paris, with the Rev. Arthur DERRY, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Harry MANNING.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery .

 

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
