BERNARD HECKMAN

Services for Bernard Heckman, 82, father of Mrs. Pauline Link of Troy, who died Friday afternoon in the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose Heckman, in Fort Loramie, were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the St. Aloysius church in Carthagena, with burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery.

Mr. Heckman was a retired farmer and was born Jan. 28, 1868 at Maria Stein, son of Bernard and Mary Lindhaus Heckman. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Link of Troy, Mrs. Irene Niblick of Andrews, Ind., and Mrs. Florentine Kessen, Celina; sister, Mrs. Kathryn Pohl of Coldwater and 11 grandchildren
