WILLIAM TOOLEY DIES AS RESULT OF FALL

Remains Will be Placed in Mausoleum Until Sons Arrive in Troy

William Tooley, of Troy, died at 10 o'clock Saturday night at St. Elizabeth hospital in Dayton, death being due to spinal meningitis, which was the result of a fall sustained a year ago.

Mr. Tooley was removed to the hospital last Thursday and his condition was very critical at the time.  He was born in Troy sixty-six years ago.  He is survived by these children: Alfred Tooley, William Tooley, Frank Tooley, Ralph Tooley, all of Troy; Raymond Tooley of Toledo; Harry Tooley of San Francisco, Cal.; Walter Tooley of Honolulu; and Joseph Tooley, whose residence is not known.  There were three sisters, Mrs. William Miller, of Troy, Mrs. Mary Bybee of Slater, MO., and Mrs. Laura Pollard, Slater, MO while a brother Frank Tooley resides in Arkansas.

The funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning at the St. Patrick Catholic church and the remains will be laid away in the mausoleum at Riverside cemetery, until the sons, Harry Tooley and Walter Tooley arrive in Troy.
