SHELLENBERGER, WILLIAM - Covington--Tuesday afternoon, June 14, funeral services for the late William Shellenberger were held in the Brethren church.  The deceased was a well-known resident of this village, having removed here from the farm, residing on South High street for more than 20 years.  He had enjoyed good health nearly all these years, but in March went to a hospital in Dayton to undergo an operation for his eyes, and while there his wife died suddenly at their home.  A few weeks ago he went to Greenville to stay with his daughter, Mrs. Granville Minnich, where he passed away early Sunday morning at the advanced age of 82 years.  He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Granville Minnich of Greenville; Mrs. George Saylor of Red River; Mrs. Anna Goodenbarger of Akron and two sons, L. M. Shellenberger of Troy and Roland Shellenberger, east of town.
