KELLEY, WILLIAM - William Kelley, an old soldier, 88 years of age, died at the home of his daughter, Margaret Brown, Troy, at 6 o'clock Friday morning from heart trouble.  He has been ailing since October 26, but arose Friday morning and seemed to be in very good health, but after eating his breakfast, when he became weak and soon died.  He leaves two children, Mrs. Brown and Charles Kelley.  He also leaves a brother, Davis, aged 88, at Joliet, Ill., and one sister, Mrs. Mary Schimmel, of Piqua.  The funeral was held Sunday afternoon and was in charge of the G. A. R.
