BRING BODY HERE FOR INTERMENT  

REMAINS OF WILBUR S. SNYDER TO ARRIVE FROM PORTLAND , ORE. , TOMORROW MORNING.

The remains of the late Wilbur S. Snyder, who died in Portland , Oregon , September 29, will arrive in Piqua on Friday morning at 4 o’clock and will be taken to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William D. Snyder, No. 281 Third Street. Mr. Snyder left Piqua five years ago last June for Portland, Ore. The following April he was married.  He is survived by his widow and a two months old daughter.  He was born in Piqua and was 28 years of age.  He was prominent in the Woodmen of the world of which organization will have charge of the funeral.  He also was a Mason.  His brothers, Warren and Ward Snyder, of this city, left a week ago last Monday for Portland on learning of his serious condition. They did not arrive until after he had passed away.  His death was caused by tuberculosis.  He took a heavy cold last spring and since then has been gradually failing. The funeral will be held on Sunday afternoon.  The friends will meet at the home at 1 o’clock.  The service will be held in the U. B. church at 2 o’clock .  Interment at Fletcher.
