BECKWITH, MATILDA - On the 16th inst., Matilda, wife of James Beckwith, aged thirty-seven years; leaving a husband, daughter, and sister to mourn her loss.  But in the midst of their sorrow, they are permitted to hope.  She was an affectionate mother, kind sister, and devoted wife, and above all, a consistent Christian.
