TIERNAN, LUKE - Died, on Sunday morning, the 10th inst., Luke Tiernan, in the 81st year of his age.  In the death of Mr. Tierman, the city of Baltimore loses one of her most estimable inhabitants--distinguished, through a long course of years, for perfect integrity of character as a merchant, high respectability, as a man, and great usefulness as a citizen.  Balt.
