KESSLER, JOHN B. - In Troy, on the 23d inst., John B. Kessler, in the 80th year of his age. Mr. Kessler had been a resident of this county for about fifty years, and by patient industry and hard work had accumulated an independent fortune, a liberal portion of which he unostentatiously devoted to the welfare of his fellow man. He was a good citizen, and a practical christian.
