DUGAN, DENNIS - Murder - We learn from the Piqua Register of
yesterday morning, that a murder was committed in Rossville, on the opposite
side of the river from Piqua, on Monday evening last. The name of the
murdered man was Dennis Dugan. He was shot in the head. Upon
examination by the surgeons, 27 shot holes were found, three of which entered
the brain. Joseph Blake, Samuel Blake, and Alexander McSherry were taken
into custody, examined and sentenced to jail.
