PATTEN, (CHILD OF) - A few weeks since, a babe of Mr. Patten, living between this place and New Carlisle, having been left in a room by itself, for a short time, crept, or rather backed into the fire and was so severely burned as to survive but a short time. One of its feet was burned to a crisp, and its abdomen and back one complete blister.
