GAINES, THEODORE M. - Theodore M. Gaines of Chicago, a brother of Dr. ____ T. Gaines of Piqua and Dr. Charles E. Gaines of _______________

Sunday after suffering a lingering illness.  The body was brought to Piqua and taken to his brother's residence at number 516 north Downing street.  The remains were taken to St. Paris where burial took place.  Services were held in the chapel at the St. Paris cemetery.
