DAVIS, SUSAN FEESE - Susan Feese Davis, widow of Isaac Davis, died at the home of her son, Anson, west of Milton on Sunday, August 11, 1912, at the age of 80 years, 4 months and 18 days, after an illness of two weeks. The deceased was joined in marriage first to Solomon Curtis of Fidelity who died April 5, 1851, leaving one child, Mrs. Sarah Hoover of Covington.  She was again married, with Isaac Davis September 13, 1854.  When she entered into the home of her late husband she became a mother to five motherless children.  Eight children were born as a result of the last union, Eby, Olive F., Alice, Anson, Lawson, Elmer I. and a pair of twins--a boy and a girl--both dying in infancy.  David Feese, brother, of Indiana survives her.  Mrs. Davis was one of a family of five and the daughter of Peter and Sarah Feese.  She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.  The funeral services and interment were held Tuesday afternoon from the Nashville church conducted by Rev. O. P. Furnas.
