 BLAIR, ROSS I. - Ross I. Blair, 51, 1075 Meadow Lane, Troy, died Sunday in Stouder Memorial Hospital.  Surviving are his parents, Harold R. and Bessie Blair of Lima; his wife, Helen Van-Wirt Blair; three children, Jerry Ross Blair of Tipp City, Daniel J. Blair of Lima and Randy F. Blair of Piqua; two sisters, May Imogene Foster of Lima and Irma Workman of Toledo; two brothers, Reed Blair and Floyd Blair, both of Lima; and six grandchildren.  A sister preceded him in death.  Mr. Blair was a member of the Epworh Methodist Church in Lima, Troy Elks 833, American Welding Society and Franklin Lodge 585.  He was employed at Hobart Brothers as a welding technician.  Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Sieferd Funeral Home, Westwood Chapel, Lima.  Burial will be in Memorial Park, Lima.
