KROPP, PETER - Peter Kropp, 78, died Sunday morning after a short illness caused by the infirmities of age at the home of his nephew, Jacob Kropp, near Alcony.  Mr. Kropp was born in Gerserberg, Bavaria, Germany, Nov. 16, 1832, came to Miami County in 1867.  He never married.  His occupation was that of a farmer.  The deceased was associated with the German Lutheran church, yet was not a member at the time of his demise.  He is survived by one brother, Adam, residing in Troy.  The funeral was held from the German Lutheran church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.  The body was laid to rest in Riverside cemetery.
