KESLER, MARIANNA - Marianna Kesler Passes Away at 78 -
Marianna Black Kesler, 78, of New Carlisle died Sunday Aug. 1. 2010. She
was born May 15, 1932 in Piqua, the daughter of the late Herbert & Leolla (Strawsburg)
Black. She was in the last graduating class of the 1950 North Hampton
School. She loved her family, only granddaughter and the farm where she was
born and raised. She was a red hot Republican and presiding judge of Clark
County for 30 years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, New
Carlisle Chapter. She was an avid card player and active in a local card
club with her friends. Marianna is survived by her husband of 57 years,
Bruce, daughter, Jill Kesler, son, Eric Kesler and fiancee, Karen Roberts,
granddaughter, Crystal Ann Kesler, nephew, Al Strawsburg; other relatives
and numerous friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday, at the Trostel,
Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home with Pastor Irwin Roberts
officiating. Private interment. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions
