SOTHERLAND, MRS. RICHARD H. SR. - The funeral of Mrs. Richard H. Sotherland, Sr., whose death occurred Sunday night, was held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the residence, with Rev. Holt in charge.  Mrs. Sotherland suffered a stroke of paralysis about noon Saturday, her husband finding her lying on the floor.  She had lived nearly all her life in Troy, being born March 2, 1843, in Cleveland.  She is survived by her husband, one daughter and three sons.  Her death was a severe shock to her friends.
