BURKETT, MRS. RALPH - Mrs. Ralph Burkett, 18, died Monday night after a brief illness following an operation.  She was formerly Maizie Alwilda Ludy and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ludy.  August 11, 1908, she was married to Ralph Burkett, who together with a six-months-old daughter, survives her.  The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon from the First Christian church of which she was a member and were conducted by the Revs. J. E. Etter and O. P. Furnas.  Interment at Riverside.
