BIXLER, MRS. RACHEL - West Milton--Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel Bixler, 61, of Jacksonville, Fla., were held Sunday at the home of her sister here, Mrs. William Smithman.  Mrs. Bixler left here at the age of 30 and had spent the latter part of her life in the South.  Rev. Rockwell delivered the funeral sermon and the interment was at Riverside.
