SWALLOW, MRS. LOUISA - Phoneton--Mrs. Louisa Swallow died Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 2:55 a.m., death being due to asthma and heart failure.  She was born Jan. 1, 1836, at Gallipolis and was a daughter of Daniel and Anna Mecum.  She was married July 17, 1852, and her husband survives being past 80 years of age.  She is also survived by four daughters, one son, 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  She was a member of the Methodist church and of the Women's Relief Corps of Tippecanoe City.  The funeral services were held at the Charleston Brethren church Friday at 1 p.m. and were conducted by Rev. Coppock.  Interment at Tippecanoe cemetery.
