DYE, MRS. ISAAC - Mrs. Isaac Dye, 89, died Sunday morning at her home on East Water street, Troy, after a prolonged illness.  She is survived by her husband, two daughters and one son, who have the sincere sympathy of a large circle of friends.  The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon from the residence.  Interment at Riverside.
