BECHTOL, MRS. HELEN - Brandt--Mrs. Helen Bechtol died Friday afternoon, of paralysis.  She had been a great sufferer having been stricken with paralysis some eight years ago and having been in poor health ever since.  She was born in Pennsylvania in 1846 and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Blessinger.  She was married in 1868 and is survived by her husband and four sons and also two brothers.  She was a devoted mother and an excellent woman.  She was a member of the Lutheran church.  The funeral was held from the Lutheran church in Brandt Sunday and was conducted by Rev. Smith.  Interment at New Carlisle.
