SMITH, MRS. HARTLEY - The funeral of Mrs. Hartley Smith, formerly Helen Mitchell of this city, was held Sunday at Troy, following her death Thursday afternoon at the Stouder Memorial hospital.  She had been in poor health for three months and spent three weeks in the hospital.  She was 29 years of age and is survived by her husband, a three-year old son, Robert, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse L. Mitchell of Piqua.
