BLUE, MRS. EFFIE - New Hope--Mrs. Effie Blue died at her home in Brown township, May 28.  Death was due to a complication of diseases.  She bore her suffering with patience and on the morning when her spirit took its flight she seemed better and the little daughter was out about the chores and the husband was in the field ________when they came, in their sorrow can be imagined ____________ gone.  Mrs. Blue was born in Pemberton, Jan 2, 1870, and was a daughter of Joseph and Jane Beeson.  April 4, 1895, she was married to Mack Blue who with two sons and one daughter, survives her.  One son died in infancy.  Mrs. Blue was member of the Lockington United Brethren church.  The funeral services were held at the late residence May 30th and was conducted by Rev. C. E. Tedford.  Interment was in the cemetery at Pasco, Shelby county.
