KNOOP, MRS. EVA - On the 25th of April 1872, Mrs. Eva Knoop, wife of James M. Knoop, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Dye, aged 25 years, 7 months and 16 days.

KNOOP, BABE - On the 8th of August 1872, Babe, little daughter of Mrs. Eva and James M. Knoop, aged 4 months and 13 days. The funeral of both mother and babe were preached at the Cove Spring (Christian) Church on Sabbath, the 11th inst., at 4 o'clock P.M., to a large and sympathizing audience. Sermon by Rev. M. H. Worrall, of Troy, Ohio. Mrs. Knoop was, for two years previous to her death, a full member of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the State of Illinois, where her membership remained when she died. Many friends sympathize with the bereaved husband, so soon and early in life bereft of his companion and only child, who have been transplanted to bloom in immortal beauty in the Paradise of God. W.
