THOMAS, (SON OF MR. THOMAS) - On Wednesday afternoon a small boy, son of Mr. Thomas, residing over the canal, while gathering nuts, fell from a tree, a distance of thirty or forty feet, breaking many bones, and causing his death a few moments after he was brought home.

THOMAS, SON OF SAMUEL - Accident and Death - A little boy, aged nine or ten years, son of Mr. Samuel Thomas, who resides Southwest of the Canal, was almost instantly killed, on Wednesday afternoon, by falling from a hickory tree, in the vicinity of town.
