BEGANDY, MRS. HAZEL RUTH - Heart Attack Fatal to Tipp City Woman - Mrs. Hazel Ruth Begandy, 59, of 517 North Third street, died Oct. 20, after having suffered an apparent heart attack.  Survivors include her husband, John; two sons, John Jr., with the U.S. Air Force in Thailand and Richard Wayne of Long Island; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Olenhausen of Pittsburgh, Pa., and five grandchildren.  Services were conducted Oct. 24 in the St. John the Baptist Catholic church with burial in Forrest Hill cemetery, southwest of Tipp City.
