ANGEL, H. C. - On Thursday last, at the residence of Mr. J. F. Morris, at Santa Barbara, California, of Consumption, Mr. H. C. Angel, aged 39 years.  The deceased was a son-in-law of the late Dr. Mackey of this place, his family being now residents of Troy.
