PNEUMONIA CAUSES DEATH OF PIQUAD

A week’s illness with pneumonia resulted this morning in the death of Miss Matilda C. Brading, well known Piqua resident, at 9:45 o’clock at her home, 702 Broadway.  Miss Brading had been in failing health for several years.  Born near Piqua in the Wesley Chapel district, Miss Brading had been a resident of Miami county all of her life and had made her home in Piqua since her girlhood.  She was a faithful and valued member of Greene Street M. E. Church. Left to mourn their loss are two sisters, Mrs. J. W. McMaken, residing near Dayton, and Mrs. Belle B. Pearse of Piqua, besides a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at two o’clock Thursday afternoon from the late residence, conducted by Rev. William C. Hickey, with burial at Forest Hill cemetery.
