February 4, 1865 

KEAN, MARY - At the residence of Mr. Hawthorn, on Friday morning, February 3d, Mary Kean, aged 24.  Miss Kean was a member of our Union School, and was in attendance on last Monday.  Her parents reside in Newport, Shelby county.
