PETRY, LORENE FOSTER, - Lorene L. Foster Petry, 80, formerly of Piqua died Jan. 6 at the Brethren Retirement home in Greenville.  She was born in Houston, October 13, 1915 to the late Guy and Cora Barr Foster.  She was preceded in death by her step-father Joseph Wise and her husband R. Everett Petry who she married on Nov. 11, 1936 in Piqua.  Survivors include a son Jeffrey F. Petry of Olive Branch, Mississippi, two daughters Mrs. Rudolh (Lyndel) Trissell of Piqua,  Mrs. Douglas Drewing (Barbara) of Tipp City, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brothers, Joseph Wise of Phoenix, Ariz., James Wise of Peoria, Ill. and a sister Mrs. Jane Rasor of Piqua.  Mrs. Petry was a member of the Piqua Church of the Brethren and worked in the Dietary Department of Piqua Memorial Medical Center.  Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 10 a.m. in the Jamieson and Yannucci Funeral Home by the Rev. Larry Lavey.  Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Brethren Home Residents Aid Fund, 450 Chestnut St. Greenville, OH 45331 or Hospice of Darke Co., 748 Chestnut St. Greenville, 45331.
