THOMAS, JOHN - Veteran - Civil War

 John Thomas, formerly of Troy, died at Dayton Sunday night of paralysis.  He was a veteran of the Civil war and was a member of Coleman Post G. A. R.  He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.  The body was brought to Troy, Wednesday morning and the funeral was held at the Baptist church being in charge of the G. A. R.  Interment was made at Riverside cemetery.
